Yes, this is still a problem and somewhat anoying, especially since many Amazon.com deliveries use OnTrac.

If we cannot see OnTrac tracking on the site, as a temporary workaround, can you just provide a convenience link to http://www.ontrac.com/trackres.asp?tracking_number=xxxxx so that we don't have to type this in ourselves?

Any chance this will be fixed? I can enter OnTrac tracking numbers, and they are recognized as such, but the status never changes from "Not Found," and the "OnTrac" notation (in parens) never changes to a link to the OnTrac site.
Curiously, if I look at the detailed results (clicking on the +), I see the status messages from OnTrac (though not the estimated delivery date). So TrackThePack is getting at least some useful info from OnTrac.
The lack of a current status message (unless you click on the +) and the lack of an estimated delivery date are unfortunate issues, and it would be great to see these get fixed.

FYI, I moved on to www.packagetrackr.com which supports OnTrac. I hate their horrible UI and miss the nice UI from trackthepack, but functionality-wise, I can't work without OnTrac support. If trackthepack had full OnTrac support, I would come back immediately and will happily pay for the Pro account.
