Changing the subject of emailed tracking numbers

When you send in tracking numbers to track@trackthepack.com we, by default, ignore the subject line of the mail as it's typically pretty useless (ie. "FWD: Your Order #1284804 Has Shipped").

But you can actually change the subject line so that it is used for the notes field.

When you are forwarding in your tracking number, just change the subject line to whatever you'd like and remove the "FWD" or "FW" from the subject.

So if your original subject was "FWD: Your Order #1284804 Has Shipped" you could change it to "Hamster Cages" and we'd add that to the notes field for the package.
